Conversion of a 150 year old barn into a family home. The design involves taking the tall open space and inserting a highly functional home for a modern family. This adaptive reuse project involves stabilizing and excavating the lower level to create a foundation on which to preserve the beautiful and massive original stone walls and timber interior structure.
